Tuition

Please make sure your family has completed all required tuition paperwork and is enrolled in Blackbaud for tuition processing and payments. Families should have a tuition contract, current email address and signed delinquent tuition agreement on file.

Once you receive notification from Blackbaud, please log in to set up your payment and account information. Please note that late fees are collected by Blackbaud, not the school.

For questions regarding tuition payments, please contact Mabel Liang at mliang@csdo.org or 925-827-1848.

Medications at School

Students who require medication during the school day must have a Diocesan “Medication to be Taken During School Hours” form on file each year, signed by both a physician and parent. This requirement applies to all medications, including over-the-counter medications such as aspirin. Please request a copy from the school office as soon as possible.

Medications must be brought directly to the school office by a parent or guardian and may not be brought to school by students. Please contact the school office if you need a medication form.

Attention: Parents of Incoming 7th Graders

Please note that under CA State Law AB354 all students entering 7th grade will be required to show proof of a Tdap booster shot before the start of school. Students will not be able to attend class without one on file.

Cell Phones & Technology Policies

Students may bring a cell phone to school, but it must remain turned off and stored in the student’s backpack during school hours. Phones may not be kept in pockets or used during the school day without permission from the principal. Phones used in violation of this policy will be confiscated and must be picked up from the school office by an adult. Failure to comply with this rule will result in a referral slip and a detention.

We encourage families to continue conversations at home about responsible technology and social media use, including online safety and cyberbullying.

Volunteer Requirements

We are grateful to the many family members who volunteer their time throughout the school year. Before volunteering, please make sure the following requirements are current and on file:

  • Volunteer Application
  • Current TB clearance (within four years)
  • LiveScan fingerprinting – available at Falcon Fair!
  • Annual Diocesan Safe Environment/Virtus training

IMPORTANT: You must have a Virtus account in order to proceed with fingerprinting and safe environment training.

Driving for School Events

During the course of the school year, parents will be asked to drive on field trips.  All parents interested in driving for such events must have a copy of their driver’s license, Declaration of Insurance, Certification & Authorization form, as well as proof of the Safe Environment/Virtus training and fingerprints on file in the school office.
