We look forward to seeing you all at the Ice Cream Social tonight!

Dear Parents,
Thank you so much for your patience during carline today! We completely recognize and are aware of the long wait times for drop off and pick up. It is our commitment to keep the safety of our students at the forefront, so we worked to be extra cautious when loading and unloading. There are many new families that are working to understand our system. In continuing to ensure the health and safety of our students the use of the health screening app and the separated lines at the end of the day definitely add to the process.
Here are a few general reminders:
  • Use the daily health screening app PRIOR to arriving at school. Be prepared to show the completed form with the date when in line. This is to be completed for EVERY student in the family. bit.ly/sfahealthapp
  • Walk/Ride Permission Slips must be completed and on file for your child to be able to walk home. Please note this should be completed EACH year.
  • If students walk/ride in the morning they must have a picture of the completed health app, a note from you saying the app is completed with the date for that day, OR an email of the completed form sent to [email protected].
  • NO parents should be walking onto campus for pickup or drop off.
  • 7th grade families pick up in the church lot.
  • For families with multiple children, 7th grader will walk to the classroom of grades 1-6 and pick up the sibling before going to the church lot.
  • Colored placards will be on cones at the back of the parking lot to make it easier for you to enter into the appropriate row.
  • REMINDER: You enter into the grade of your youngest 1st-6th student.
There will continue to be bumps in the road as we all work to adjust. Thank you for your grace during this period. Please be kind to the faculty/staff who are out there working tirelessly to make this work smoothly and keep our students safe.
Thank you!

Thank you for all of your patience as we start this new year. We are extremely excited that we are able to open Falcon’s Nest this year. I have spoken to many families that have expressed this excitement as well. With this being said, I’m sure many of you have questions about the program.
First and foremost, please fill out the registration form. The form can be found within registration documents. Once you have registered and paid the $50 registration fee, you should have been sent a link from Mabel Liang to sign up through Curacubby. Please fill out all of the information that was asked through the link before Monday. This is how we will track check-ins and check-outs. This will also be how you will be billed every month. You can find more information about billing in the handbook.
The registration fee is $50.00 PER FAMILY. Those who paid per child will be reimbursed.

Dear Valued School Partner,
The COVID-19 pandemic continues to have a meaningful impact on the global supply chain. As a result, we are experiencing delays in the arrival of some of our inventory for the 2021 Back to School season. Unfortunately, a common issue amongst many retailers.
The entire DENNIS team is working diligently to ensure delivery delays are managed accordingly and communicated effectively.
As of 7/30/21, deliveries from our vendors of certain uniform categories are running 3-4 weeks behind original delivery dates. Please know that we are expediting shipping where possible and working around the clock to get customer orders out the door. As a result of staffing challenges, customers may also experience some delayed response times as well. We ask for your grace and patience as we work through these unforeseen challenges, working with your school families as they wait for their orders. Just as we all got through the “big stop” in 2020, we will get through the “big rebound to normalcy” in 2021.
We thank you for your patience and your trust in DENNIS to deliver top quality uniforms and best in class service! If you have any questions or concerns, do not hesitate to reach out to your Customer Success Manager.
