Principal’s Message
This week we take time to celebrate, and honor our Veterans. You are invited to join us on Friday at 8:10 in the quad for a prayer service led by our third-grade class. Students should be in full uniform on this day, no auction wear or CYO clothing should be worn.
Thank you to the 7th grade room parents for their hospitality on Friday night. The BBQ was delicious, and the friendship was a wonderful way to get ready for a football game. Please join us on November 15th for our first Trivia Night sponsored by our School Board. All of the proceeds will go towards building a scholarship program for our students for years to come. Get a team together, or sign up for a spot. The teachers will be at a table, and are ready to go! Please contact the school office for more information!
We are approaching the end of the trimester, which will end on November 15. Please be sure to check in with PowerSchool, and most importantly with your student to be sure that they are on track. Also, please make sure that you have signed up for a conference with your student’s teacher. Conferences will be taking place on November 20, 21, and 22nd. This is a great time to talk with your child/ren’s teacher and set up goals and expectations for the remainder of the year.
Lastly, please support our Girl Scout Troop 31170 by donating a warm coat. They have set out decorated boxes throughout the school, and we look forward to seeing them full!   The coat drive will run through November 22.  If you cannot drop a coat off, the girl scouts will be in the carline on Friday, November 15 in the morning, and the afternoon to collect coats. Let’s show our spirit as Faith-Filled and Globally Responsible Citizens – Go Falcons!
Have a wonderful three-day weekend!

Nut-Free School
Due to the severe, sudden, and life-threatening nature of peanut & tree nut allergies, St. Francis of Assisi School is a NUT-FREE school environment. No peanuts or nuts are allowed on campus at any time nor at any school-sponsored events- on or off campus. Thank you for supporting our proactive policy.
